Bonetto of italy manufactures bearing radial clearance checking machine, model h-70, marketed by precision international. Model h-70 is used to check the radial clearance in deepgroove ball bearings of od ranging between 55 mm and 110 mm. The cycle operates through radially loading the bearing while in rotation, in opposite directions. The radial clearance value is determined based on the values obtained. The radial load on the bearings can be adjusted. The checking method used, can also determine the ovality in the bearings displaying it visually on a monitor. The machine makes operation with a plc. The cycle-time is 5.5 secs, for an hourly output of approximately 650 bearings. It has set-up time of 35 minutes. Other machines manufactured by bonetto are as follows:
